Description
The health tap is a water source for people who prefer to use water rather than other cleaning methods after defecating or urinating. Shower Bidet is a relatively modern substitute for traditional water sources for this action, such as a bidet, copper pot or bucket and mug, becoming more hygienic and compact. There was no contact between the water spray and the water drainage used.

Usage
Users usually catch the faucet in the right hand and use the thumb or forefinger (depending on the trigger location) to direct the water spray to the anus or genitals to assist with cleaning after using the toilet.
Prevalence
Bidet baths are common in all Muslim-majority countries and in much of Asia where water is considered essential for rectal cleansing. These include Egypt, Nepal, Pakistan, China, Iran, India, Bangladesh, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam and Cambodia. In those countries it is generally installed in Western-style toilet installations (sitting). In Thailand, it's common in Western style toilets and squat toilet installations. The bidet shower is similar in intent, if not a method of use, to a Japanese washlet-style toilet seat, or so-called "electronic bidet".
The bidet bath is used by Muslims in Muslim countries and all parts of the Arab world as well as in Asia to wash with water after using the toilet. Here, water is commonly used as a substitute, or along with, toilet paper to clean up after a bowel movement.
In Europe, a bidet shower is used for example in Finland and Estonia. Bidets are the more common bathroom fixtures in many southern European countries.
