Reiki sharing , also known as Reiki circles or exchanges, is a collection of like-minded Reiki people who participate in group healing treatments with each other. The main purpose for sharing Reiki is to give and receive Reiki in an atmosphere of friendship, honor, positive energy and casual devotion. Reiki sharing usually lasts a few hours or they can be an all day event depending on the group. Meetings are often free or the host can ask for small donations to cover the costs depending on how formal the group is.

The key benefit is the combined wisdom and skill of multiple healers with varying levels of practice and experience. The healing time spent on the table is shorter than the personal Reiki session, but the recipient receives Reiki healing from several pairs of hands simultaneously for a stronger healing effect. The practitioners benefit from the giving of Reiki and receive it. In addition to giving and receiving Reiki, Reiki shares offer participants the opportunity to:
- Socialize and get new friends in their Reiki community
- Learn about Reiki through peer support
- Reiki Experience in group settings
- Find Reiki clients, practitioners, or trainers

What to expect
During the Reiki division, the recipient finally breaks into small groups and takes turns lying on the massage table. Some practitioners gather around each recipient and place their hands on or above them multiply the flow of Reiki energy. The healing groups at individual recipients are very powerful and can produce results faster than individual private sessions before spinning to ensure all participants receive the same amount of healing time.
Meeting agenda
Each Reiki event is unique, but usually includes one of the following activities:
- self-introduction Discussion
- presentations
- prayer (often silent)
- meditation
- skip energy
- distance healing.
Some groups include:
- name tags
- soft Reiki music
- singing bowl
- reflexology
- healing chakra
- chant
- sneeze
- aromatherapy
- gemstones â ⬠<â â¬
Others include different rituals. It all depends on the group and the mix of people.
Example: "We opened with a short introduction, then we combined our hearts and minds together in prayer, asking that our mission to promote harmony be achieved in this meeting Two Reiki Masters lead group discussions, and there are one or two short teaching sessions sharing Reiki stories, and wonders since last meeting Then we break up into groups of 4 or 5 and do 10 minutes Reiki treatment each other The last 1/2 hour is a long-distance healing group, and Universal prayer circle closes our meeting. "
Variations
Exchange
Reiki exchange implies that the two people in exchange are harmonious practitioners. Exchange is generally limited to Reiki practitioners.
Circles
The circle implies that at some point the group sits or stands in a circle, sometimes called a healing cycle. Reiki circles are generally open to the public.
Mawashi Reiki
Circle rituals to help awaken and "eart" practitioners early in the division. Participants join hands to send Reiki healing energy around the circle counterclockwise (left hand below to receive, right hand to send) and finally down to earth ends with a bow of gratitude by hand in Gassho's position (prayer).
Local Reiki shares can be advertised in Reiki-specific resources such as magazines, websites, newsletters, or email lists. A Reiki practitioner can hold a meeting in their office or home. Reiki sharing can maintain their own website, pay for services like Meetup.com, or just rely on social networking services. Meetings can occur in a variety of free or rented facilities such as community centers, hospitals, clinics, bookstores, churches, recreation rooms, gymnasiums, classrooms, conference rooms, meeting rooms, hospital facilities, cabana condos and even outdoors.
